Swedish massage includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and shaking motions. Swedish massage is effective for most ailments, because massaging the skin, the body’s largest organ, sets up a chain reaction that produces a positive effect on all layers and systems of the body. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, and promotes health and wellbeing. Light to medium pressure is used for this full body relaxing massage.

Therapeutic Blend Massage
Therapeutic blend is a synergistic combination of different bodywork modalities. Our therapist will use a combination of techniques depending on what your body needs to help relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific area of concern. The right amount of pressure will be applied to address your need, and sometimes that’s a lighter touch with specific techniques. This will be customized to allow concentration on an area of concern, while providing a general full body circulatory massage.

This experience is ideal for a romantic escape or for friends who wish to relax together. It is performed in the same room, with massage tables side by side and typically consists of Swedish massage (note: type of massage can be customized).

This deeply revitalizing treatment uses aromatherapy and traditional massage to unwind the body, reboot the mind and transform stress into balance.
